03 SERVER LOG DATA
When you access this website, the web server automatically processes technical information required to deliver the website and maintain security. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, HTTP method and status code, referrer URL, browser information, operating system and amount of data transferred. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and reliable operation of the website. Log data is retained only for as long as required by the configured log rotation or for the investigation of technical errors, misuse or security incidents.
04 HOSTING AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The website is operated on a virtual private server and delivered through Nginx using encrypted HTTPS connections. The hosting provider may process technical connection and infrastructure data where necessary to provide and secure the server. Parts of this exported website, including scripts, fonts and images, are loaded from Framer infrastructure and other external content providers.

07 VAMSYS
The live flight map retrieves operational flight data through a TK Virtual operated proxy connected to vAMSYS. Displayed data may include a pilot display name or username, callsign, aircraft, route, flight phase, coordinates, altitude, speed and heading. The purpose is to provide a live operational overview for the TK Virtual community. The website does not provide a vAMSYS login and does not allow visitors to manage vAMSYS accounts. The browser connects to the TK Virtual proxy when the live map is loaded, so the proxy provider may process technical request data such as an IP address and timestamp.
08 EXTERNAL LINKS
This website may contain links to external services such as vAMSYS, Discord, VATSIM, IVAO and social media platforms. When you follow an external link, you leave the TK Virtual website. The external provider is responsible for its own content, terms and privacy practices.
09 SOCIAL MEDIA
TK Virtual may maintain profiles on social media platforms. When you visit or interact with those profiles, the relevant platform provider may process account, device, interaction and usage information. Messages and comments voluntarily submitted to TK Virtual may be processed to respond to you, moderate the community or manage TK Virtual activities.
10 DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary, legally permitted or required by law. Possible recipients may include the hosting provider, email provider, authorised technical administrators, providers used by the live map and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. TK Virtual does not sell personal data.
